About us
BolivianPress is an online news agency that connects those who produce journalistic content in Bolivia with media outlets in the country and around the world.
What we do
We are intermediaries between creators — Bolivian journalists, communications agencies and freelancers — and traditional or digital media outlets. Creators upload their photos, audio, video, texts and pre-recorded radio and TV programs; outlets browse previews, buy the license they need and download the original material in full quality.
Our principles
- Original content: every piece is created by its author and is reviewed before it is published.
- No generative artificial intelligence: creators declare that their material was not generated or altered with AI, and we check it to the best of our ability.
- Recognized authorship: every license requires crediting the author and BolivianPress as the source.
- Fair and transparent payment: creators receive the price they set minus a known commission; outlets know exactly which license they are buying.
- Clear licenses: free, multi-outlet or single outlet (exclusive).
Made in Bolivia, for the world
Our focus is to give visibility and a source of income to Bolivian journalism, and to offer any outlet simple and reliable access to what is happening in the country.
